Shipping and Returns

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2-3 days of receiving your order. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria/Melbourne).

Happy Star Natural Wellbeing is not responsible for shipping delays. As we use Australia Post, please contact them for delivery information.

Shipping cost calculator

We offer flat rate shipping at $10 for orders within Australia up to 3kg in weight (including all packaging). Higher shipping rate applies to orders over 3kg.

Damaged or lost in transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our premises. Once your package has left Happy Star, we are not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post for more information.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges of perfumes, oils, aromatherapy blends, bath products. Exchange or replacement can be granted for faulty aromatherapy diffusers, if we are notified within 7 days from the purchase and the product is returned in the box in the re-saleable condition (postage to Happy Star Natural Wellbeing is at the expense of the buyer). Please, contact us before sending back a product.
